After having served his livestock apprenticeship in the South Canterbury region with a couple of well known livestock companies, Andy has been based in the Wairarapa for the past 20 years and has been involved with Ovation for the past eight years, firstly while employed by Wrightson to co-ordinate the Bernard Matthews Lamb Finishing Programme and since May 2005, when the Feilding and Gisborne slaughter plants were purchased, as a direct employee of the company. Upon joining the company Andy was heavily involved in the launch of the Bernard Matthews Procurement Programme.
WAYNE HARDING

Born and bred in the Manawatu region, Wayne has been involved in agricultural related business his entire working career. Opportunities arose to enter the stock and station business in the 1980's and over time Wayne’s focus moved into the supply management requirements of both local trade and export marketing businesses. It was this passion that led to Wayne joining Ovation in March 2007. Wayne has also been involved as a trustee in some well known farming enterprises.
GRANT ALLEN

Born and bred in the Gisborne region Grant has also spent his whole working career in agricultural related areas having started as a shepherd on some of the large East Coast stations and then progressing through livestock drafting, farm management and rural real estate roles with a number of the Gisborne regions' well known businesses. Grant commenced with Ovation in May 2005 following the purchase of the Feilding and Gisborne slaughter plants and was heavily involved in the subsequent launch of the Bernard Matthews Procurement Programme.
