This is not a desk job. You’ll be actively engaged in the day-to-day workings of high-performance processing environments, mentored by experienced leaders, and gradually entrusted with increasing responsibility.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are:

Recent graduates (or near completion) in agriculture, food science, business, or related fields

Practical, hands-on, and comfortable in industrial/agricultural settings

Driven, resilient, and eager to learn

Strong communicators and team players with leadership potential

Committed to long-term career development in NZ’s red meat industry
